HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER ARRIVES? 

Most of our products are custom-made which is why it can take anywhere from 5-10 days for your order to arrive from the date it was placed. We do not keep much inventory on hand, so most orders go into production after they are placed. Our customer service team is dedicated to keep you updated every step of the way. 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY? 

You may return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date the item is delivered to you. No refunds or exchanges will be made after 30 days from the date of delivery except for extreme circumstances. 

CAN I REPLACE DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS? 

We will replace your order free of charge if it is defective or damaged. Contact Sunshine flower customer service or fill out the contact form above. 

HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE TO PROCESS? 

Refunds usually take 3-5 business days to fully process.QUESTIONS ABOUT SHIPPING?Shipping and Handling is $5.95 for orders below $35. Anything over $35 ships FREE! (In order to get your products shipped as fast as possible we sometimes ship partial shipments)
